Meet Amelio, a true masterpiece inspired by the remarkable life of Amelio Robles Ávila. Born as Amelia Robles Ávila in 1889, in Guerrero, Amelio broke the mold as a colonel during the Mexican Revolution. He openly lived as a man from age 24 until they passed at 95, leading the way in transgender recognition in Mexico and being a true forward thinker for his time.
Amelio embodies the power of identity and transformation, just like its namesake. This coat isn't your typical piece of outerwear; it's a complete ensemble all on its own. It effortlessly elevates any casual city-day outfit and seamlessly transitions into a chic choice for a night out on the town.
With its timeless elegance, boasting an A-line silhouette, clean lines, and those graceful short cap sleeves, Amelio truly stands out. Not to mention the Mexican embroidery and lace embellishment that have been carefully hand stitched adorning the sides, which add a unique touch, reminiscent of Amelio's vibrant journey.
But what truly makes Amelio special is its versatility. It blends sophistication, simplicity, and just a hint of masculinity. The front straps, elegantly lined with a striking black print matte cupro, offer endless options. You can tie them for a dash of masculine charm or create an oversized bow for a subtle touch of femininity, or even as a scarf And let's not forget the convenient pockets for added functionality!
Just like Amelio Robles Ávila's multifaceted life, this coat is a style chameleon, celebrating your individuality and effortlessly mixing feminine beauty with powerful masculinity. Amelio defies categorization; it's not just a coat – it's a wearable work of art, capturing authenticity and adaptability.

My "Love it" Guarantee.
I make clothes for women, and after doing it for as long as I have, I know what women love to see and feel when they wear my pieces.
So that's why I have a "Love It" Guarantee, which is -
If you don't love it the instant you see yourself in it, I will help you to find yourself a replacement that does make you feel that way.
Ts & Cs:
The replacement item has to be the same or a greater price as the piece you bought in first place, minor fitting for certain pieces (like the hem) can be included in the price.
Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. However, where possible, I will be happy to repair your much-loved pieces for a cost according to the job that needs to be done.
To be exchanged, (within the first 10 days after you received your order) garments must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags still on, so be careful when trying on, particularly around strong scents or pet hair. Returned items that are damaged, soiled, altered or no longer with a product tag attached will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
