MFW 2023 Fashion Capsules at Queen Victoria Market
As part of Melbourne Fashion Week 2023, Fernanda Covarrubias presented some of her couture creations within the Fashion Capsules program — a curated series of designer showcases displayed across Melbourne’s CBD from September 29 to October 2, 2023.
Exhibited at the Queen Victoria Market capsule, Fernanda featured layered silk organza dresses alongside a piece from her Noche Mexicana collection, adorned with a hand-embroidered artisanal belt crafted by Mexican artisans.
Together, these works embodied Fernanda’s distinctive fusion of heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary couture, highlighting her commitment to creating timeless designs that honor both artistry and individuality.
